এবার ব্যাখা করি রাশিয়ার শিক্ষা পদ্ধতি নিয়ে।
রাশিয়ার বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় গুলোতে দুই ধরনের প্রোগ্রাম (সাবজেক্ট) থাকে:
অধিকাংশ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের প্রোগ্রাম (সাবজেক্ট) রাশিয়ান ভাষায় হয়
কিছু বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় English Taught program আছে
যেমন:

বিদেশি শিক্ষার্থী রাশিয়া বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় মেইন প্রোগ্রাম (Bachelor degree or master degree) ভর্তি তাইলে রাশিয়ার language জানা বাধ্যতামূলক।
তাই রাশিয়া University গুলো Pre-University course চালু করেছে যা আমরা Preparatory/ Foundation program নামে চিনি।
Preparatory/ Foundation program হলো এক বছরের একটা প্রোগ্রাম যেখানে: ৭০% ক্লাস রাশিয়া ভাষা শেখানো হবে ২০% Science / Commerce বেসিক শেখানো হবে
Preparatory program complete করে স্টুডেন্ট Main program ভর্তি হয়।
যেহেতু অধিকাংশ University Russian taught program তাই সব University Preparatory available।
তাই বাংলাদেশ ৮০% স্টুডেন্ট Preparatory program রাশিয়া যায়।।
এবার আসি English Taught program আলোচনায়।
Russia ২০% University English Taught program আছে।
English Taught program apply করতে IELTS/MOI কিছুই লাগে না।
কিন্ত একটা জিনিস লাগে সেটা হলো Entrance exam।
University গুলো Application accept করার পর একটা ভর্তি পরীক্ষা / Entrance Exam নেয়া হয় যেটা খুব কঠিন হয়ে থাকে (ভয় নেই আমরা আছি)।
তাই অধিকাংশ Consultancy জানে না কি ভাবে Student কে Entrance Exam pass করতে হয় তাই তারা English taught program ভর্তি হতে নিউৎসাহিত করে।
কিন্তু English taught program ভর্তি হওয়া খুব সহজ যদি আপনাকে কেউ সঠিক গাইডলাইন করে।
সারমর্ম:
রাশিয়া স্টুডেন্ট ভিসা যেতে হলে দুইটা Program apply করতে পারবেন: Preparatory/ Foundation program Direct bachelor/ master degree English taught program
সবার কাছে থেকে কঠিন প্রশ্ন পাই:
“Preparatory program apply করবো না Direct English taught program apply করবো?”
উওর: Dear student আপনার future plan উপর Depend করে ডিসিশন নিবেন আপনে কোন প্রোগ্রাম apply করবেন।
রাশিয়া Apply করার ক্ষেএে বড় সমস্যা কোনটি?
উওর: আমাদের অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে বলবো ভালো শহর এবং ভালো বিশ্ববিদ্যাল থেকে Invitation পাওয়া অনেক ঝামেলা।
বাংলাদেশ অধিকাংশ Consultancy ভালো সিটি কথা বলে স্টুডেন্ট কাছে থেকে ডকুমেন্টস নিয়ে ছোট এবং অউন্নত শহরে পাঠাইয়া দেয়।
প্রথমিক পর্যায় স্টুডেন্ট বুঝতে না পেরে রাজি হয় কিন্তু যখন সে রাশিয়া যায় বাস্তবতা বুঝতে পারে।
ছোট শহরে জব অনেক কম।
তাই স্টুডেন্ট পরামর্শ দিবো:
- Moscow যেতে না পারলেও
- Saint Petersburg
- Kazan
- Yekaterinburg
- Novosibirsk
- Nizhny Novgorod
Top Economic City চয়েস করেন।
তাই বলবো Package কথা শুনে দালালের খপ্পর থেকে সাবধান থাকবেন।
Invitation কেনো আসে না এবং Package বলতে কোন কথা আছে?
উওর: University admission team সাথে প্রপার যোগাযোগ না থাকলে Invitation আসে না।
এবং কোন University কি সমস্যা সেটা কাজ কারার মাধ্যমে অভিজ্ঞতা নিতে হয়।
মনে করবেন চাপা মারছি? আপনাকে উদাহরণ দেই:
- Moscow Aviation Institute
বাংলাদেশ Moscow Aviation Institute প্রচার আমরা করেছি কিন্তু তাদের Admission support ভালো না তাই ২০২৪ পর আমরা এই University নিয়ে কাজ করা বন্ধ করে দিয়েছি।
২০২৫ অনেক স্টুডেন্ট নিজে নিজে apply করে ভিসা পেয়ে Russia যেতে পারে নি। এমনকি টিউশন ফী রিফান্ড পায় নি।
এতো সমস্যার মূল কারন Student Moscow Aviation Institute admission বিষয় জানতো না।
খুব বিরক্ত প্রশ্ন:
রাশিয়া প্যাকেজ সিস্টেম কাজ করেন?
উওর: আসলে রাশিয়াতে package system করতে কোন কথা নেই।
কিছু University আছে international student কে ভিসা পারার পর রাশিয়া যেতে টিউশন ফী পে করার অনুমতি দেয়।
কিন্তু মনে রাখবেন ভালো সিটি এবং ভালো university গুলোতে ৫০% টিউশন ফী advance pay করা লাগে।
হাতে গনা ১/২ টা ভালো University আছে যেখানে Advance payment করা লাগে না।
অধিকাংশ ছোট সিটি যেখানে সব সুযোগ সুবিধা কম সেই সব University গুলো Advance payment নেয় না।
তাই বলবো বুঝে শুনে ডিসিশন নিবেন।
অনেক Consultancy আছে টিউশন ফী কতো সেটা জানে না তারা আবার স্টুডেন্ট পাঠাবে
